hey everybody,

im so sorry i havent posted anything for a very long time my computer is having some serious issues uploading photographs and im trying to get it repaired.
im still working hard so there will be plenty to catch up on once its working again.

wear your heart on your sleeve

this is another huge first. but the boy took it like a real trooper lol it was a drawing he did himself adapted slightly to fit his arm but otherwise his own work.

dexters finished

finally i managed to pin down this girl long enough to finish her tattoo. this horse took three sittings but eventually he got completed. this picture is quite bad but the leaves and tribal vines are actually coloured in green with the two horse shoes being a golden yellow. xx

rihanna inspired

this one belongs to sammy, its a funky design inspired by the singer rihanna, i did it quite a while ago actually and this is me just getting round to blogging, it was fun to do but i find the hand is a difficult place to tattoo at times the skin always seems reluctant to stay where i put it. but i think this one turned out quite well xxx

sarahjane again

this is another one for sarah-jane bless her she keeps me busy, i dont think ive blogged it before but its possible so m sorry if im repeating myself.

these are a couple of cute little dolphins with the names of sarahs two children in them. her little boy martin is the top one hes the oldest and the bottom one belongs to her little girl Karis xx

bye bye dolphin hello butterfly

this is emmas latest addition to her collection, unfortunately i cant find the picture of waht it was before but underneath that butterfly is a dolphin jumping out of the water. its nose made the shape for the tip of the top right wing and its tail finished in the bottom left wing. it was quite big and quite a long morning for poor emma. its a fiddly design to colour in and with having to go over an already colourful tattoo it took a bit of work, but we got there in the end xxxx

the men in her life

these are a couple of fairly recent tattoos for a friend of mine the shooting stars were done first for her son and then the m came later. sneaky as it is its actually the zodiac sign for scorpio, she is a scorpio thankfully but her hubbys name is matt so the M is for him xx

god save the queen

this is one i did quite a while ago, the lady in the picture is a very proud prodestant and wanted a tattoo to show that.
so we gave her the music for god save the queen and a very orange lily.

my babies

these are two little tattoos i got david to do for me, they are the names of the two little boys i have given birth to.
the one for Ellis is the one with the flower, as he he is still growing and will someday be a wonderful man. the other one without the flower is for my little boy who grew wings on the 25/08/05, his name is marshall and he is missed everyday.
thoughyou may not recognise the language unless you are a tolkien fan, it is in fact an elvish dialect.

shoot for the stars

 you remember kelly shes been to see me a few hundred times for various tattoos,  this is her latest.
it was done in two sittings the writing first, the names on her left shoulder are those of her siblings and on the right shoulder is a poem kelly wrote for her children.
the stars came later to make the two shoulders link in together instead of the writing looking like they had just been plonked on.
it really looks good and the colours really stand out.
kelly heals brilliantly and will no doubt be back for more very soon xx

hello kitty

 this is sarah-janes latest addition as a little present for her daughter karis.  at only 2yrs old she is a huge fan of hello kitty.

cute dragon

 this was another one for lauren on her leg this time.  it didnt take long and it is very cute. 

first stars to cry

this huge tattoo was a first for natalie, she chose the most painful place she could for her very first tattoo and made sure it was as big as it could be to fit the space.
crazy i hear you mumble yep i totally agree. it was a long hard slog for her and eventually i had to call it a day as the pain was so much for her to cope with. im sure she will be back to get it finished eventually xx

winged cross

this was a lovely tattoo to do for lauren. another one out of the tattoo sourcebook but a nice one and a first for me as i dont get many religious/cross designs to do.
lauren is coming back tomorrow evening for another one which i hope will be just as cute and good fun to do xx

sweet caroline

this believe it or not was a first tattoo, from his elbow to his wrist i couldnt believe he sat through it but his mrs was quite pleased. lovely family and a great tattoo i think xx

a busy saturday

these pictures were a busy saturday afternoon a few weeks ago. the lady that had the ladybird tattoo collects them and has a lot of ladybirds all over her from lots of different artists, mine is the newest addition and its the one at the top.

the panther is a memorial tattoo for someone who lost her brother last year, the horse one belongs to her daughter gemma who is madly in love with her own horse whose name i think is dexter. and the dragon is well just because... it was a great afternoon and we met some crazy people we also got a great deal on some cans of coke.

stars hurt

this was a friend of a friend wanted stars all the way from her hip to just under her bust, she already had three on her side she just wanted some more so i was happy to oblige. god bless her she was so skinny it hurt her a lot but it didnt put her off shes wanting something else on her other side lol xxx

clover

last one of the day belongs to sarah, shes been very stressed today and it effected her tattoo quite amazingly. her skin rose into a lump the colour was difficult to put in it was very weepy and very painful for her. note to self dont tattoo stressed out women lol. she so desparately wanted it though so finally she went home with a new addition xx well done sarah xxx

a quick two

these were unexpected additions to my day out today the CB were a first tattoo for chris and in all honesty he took it well lol. the other little picture was a cover up for julie. originally the moon had the name matt under it and now it has a shooting star under it lol xx

geordie and jigga

these two belong to a friend of ours called katie who is horse mental. unfortunately geordie has passed away now but jigga is still going strong and katie loves her horses more than her own children. i hope these two have done justice firstly to geordies memory and secondly to her horse jigga xx

adam

this was another first there seem to have been so many this week lol. adam originally wanted his name with some blue colouring behind it however, due to a recent injury he wasnt able to sit with his arm in the right place for too long as his bones were shattered and have healed twisted. even without the colour i think its a great tattoo simple but striking and hes now looking to get some tribal work done on his upper arm/neck xx

flowers to hide the scars

yet another new visitor, this one is carolines first tattoo, she had some small scars on her arm that she got when she was younger and wanted a tattoo to help cover over them and hide them from veiw. for a first tattoo it was quite big as it reaches from her wrist to her elbow. i think that she sat very well for a newbie and i think the tattoo turned out well too the pink took really well to her skin and i love the design. well done xx

gunga

This was a new visitor to my tattooing list, this little bird was a tribute to colleens grandad. it was a first tattoo and its on her left shoulder its a simple yet very lovely design and i really enjoyed doing it xxx

tribal tummy

this was a last minute call up tonight a new one for chloe ready in time for her holidays to ibiza.. it was getting a little bit sore towards the end but she held on and saw it through and i think it was worth it x

rihanna inspired

im sure youll all remember the picture of the paw prints i tattooed on sammy a while ago. well this one is on her hand. officially the first tattoo of 2012 sammy came that day and actually got four done and an old one touched up. she has now got Shhh...... on one of her fingers, Love on another, the phrase Never a failure always a lesson on her arm, this tribal piece on her hand and some darker stars redone on her back. it was a busy afternoon but shes really good fun to be around and i think she is coming back next week for another one with her best friend xx

lotus

this was another one for sharleen its been a while since her last and she was quite worried about getting one on her shoulder but it worked great and apparently it didnt hurt at all lol we left the design quite simple incase she wants to add to it at a later date xx

cheeky bomb

this was another addition for david, on the inside of his upper arm he said it was the most painful tattoo he had ever experienced but he wanted it so badly he put himself through it.

dolphins

sarah again lol for someone who was so worried getting her first one this is technically tattoo number four lol.

it was quite fiddly this one but i think the final result works very well and each dolphin bears the name of one of her children, Martin and Karis xx

another two

sarah got brave again and went for two in one this time a breast cancer ribbon an another butterfly xx

dragon

this one now belongs to Jordon, who a year ago had his name put down his arm. i was expecting an easy afternoon doing a tattoo on his back saying gran, jordon however had other ideas, he walked in the door and said " im not getting gran now i want a dragon"..... no warning or anything, not to be put off i opened up the internet and this was the image he picked and i have to say im very chuffed with the results. i started at 330pm and he left at 445pm, so well over an hours hard slog but it was worth it xx
